By accessing or using Ochamart (ochamart.com.ng), creating an account, opening a vendor store or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies published on the platform.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Where applicable, a parent or legal guardian should supervise users who are not legally able to enter into binding agreements independently.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the products, information and services they make available through their Ochamart stores.
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
- Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability and images.
- Maintain accurate inventory information.
- Process and fulfil customer orders promptly.
- Maintain fair and transparent pricing.
- Comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.
Ochamart may restrict, suspend or terminate a vendor account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, repeated violations, misleading information or other serious non-compliance.
Purchases & Financial Processing
Products displayed on Ochamart are offered by individual vendors. Orders are subject to product availability, vendor confirmation where applicable and successful payment processing.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the marketplace are calculated in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Payment processing may involve authorised third-party payment service providers. Ochamart does not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs or passwords.
Orders, Delivery & Fulfilment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients or incomplete information may affect delivery.
Delivery arrangements, delivery fees and estimated delivery periods may vary depending on the vendor, product, destination and selected delivery option.
Ochamart may rely on vendors and third-party logistics providers to fulfil and deliver orders.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Ochamart Returns & Refunds policy. Customers should review the applicable return conditions before requesting a return.
Eligibility may depend on the product category, condition of the item, reason for return and the applicable vendor or marketplace policy.
Marketplace Role & Limitation of Liability
Ochamart operates as a multi-vendor electronic marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors.
While Ochamart may take reasonable measures to maintain platform security and encourage reliable vendor activity, individual vendors remain responsible for the products and services they provide.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ochamart is not directly responsible for product defects, vendor misconduct, third-party carrier delays or logistics disruptions outside the platform's reasonable control.
Account Security
Customers and vendors are responsible for keeping their login information secure. You should not share your password or allow unauthorised persons to access your account.
If you believe that your account has been compromised, contact Ochamart support as soon as possible so appropriate security measures can be considered.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not use Ochamart for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activities.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or platform systems.
- Uploading misleading, fraudulent or unlawful product information.
- Using the platform to conduct fraudulent transactions.
- Interfering with the normal operation or security of the marketplace.
- Impersonating another individual, vendor or organisation.
Policy Modifications
Ochamart may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the marketplace, services, technology, legal requirements or operational practices.
Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of Ochamart after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
